Apple Barbeque Chicken

Ingredients:

4 to 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 to 2 cups Apple Juice
1 Tbsp McCormick Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
1 cup finely sliced Apples
1/2 cup finely chopped Red Onion
1/2 to 1 cup Mr. Bigg's Apple Barbeque Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Stir all ingredients together in a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

1/2 to 1 cup Orange or Pineapple Juice
1 Tbsp McCormick Jerk Seasoning
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 cup chopped Sweet Vidalia Onion
1/2 cup sliced Pineapple (or Mango or Orange or Peaches)
1/2 cup finely sliced Red Pepper
Place chicken in pan, pour in juice and top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until cooked through.
