Saturday - Cardio - ellipitical - 45 min to 1 hour
Sunday - OFF
Breakfast: Yogurt with granola and always a banana

Lunch: Grilled chicken with taco sauce and 1/2 avocado

Snacks: Fruit, Frozen tart yogurt, Baby carrots with hummus, and honey wheat pretzels

Dinner: Normal family dinners- usually chicken, fish or meat, lots of mexican and salad type meals
